Day 26 - Periods 2 & 6 Thursday, 3/6 AND Periods 1, 4, & 5 Friday, 3/7



Objective: Finish reading Romeo and Juliet! / Analyze the causes of the deaths of R & J, using evidence from the text.

  1. Finish reading Act 5, Scenes 1 & 2. Students are to find one meaningful quote, write it in their spiral, and then explain the importance of this quote to this scene; be sure to mark the act/scene/line #.
  2. Period 5, go over vocab.
  3. A5, S3 - Show movie!
  4. Introduce EA1: Who’s to Blame for the Death of R & J Argument Writing. Click here for the rubric. Absent students, see pages 314-316 of your SpringBoard.
